Extension and alterations to existing house

An original single storey extension was altered to provide first floor accommodation of 2 double bedrooms and 'jack and jill' bathroom. The client had previously had plans drawn up for a double and a single bedroom but we made suggestions which gave them valuable extra space and 2 double bedrooms with very little additional work.

The existing ground floor area was altered to provide a stunning open plan kitchen/seating area with a handmade oak painted kitchen. Underfloor heating was fitted and the floors finished with limestone tiles.

The main house featured curved window reveals and we carried that theme through to the new kitchen area ensuring it blended with the rest of the property.
